Community Outreach

Karl participated in the 6 week Chinese Association of Science and Technology’s Engineering summer camp 2019 at UT Dallas, wherein he mentored a group of high school students on an engineering level project. He focused on helping the students learn how to machine spur gear teeth using Abaqus (FE package).

Interests and Hobbies

Karl loves video games and is passionate about discussions on WW1 and WW2. He’ll give you a lecture on it as if he were actually there. He also loves Outback Steakhouse. 🙂
