The Center for Computational Research & Advanced Manufacturing (CRAM) is a laboratory for creative discovery in traditional & emerging manufacturing, laser-based surface engineering, and nature-inspired fluid-structure interaction research.
Our students create innovative computational models that guide the physical experiments we conduct in-house and at our industry-partner locations to test new, manufacturing-related research hypotheses.
We are always looking to recruit creative & hardworking graduate and undergraduate researchers, so if you have a passion for computational modeling and advanced manufacturing, we’ll do our best to “CRAM” your inspiration & talent onto our team!
